Due to the intimate nature of shapewear and for hygiene and sanitary reasons, all NŌVA by Noel shapewear sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review the NŌVA Size Guide carefully before placing your order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or unwanted items.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact NŌVA by Noel promptly after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, NŌVA by Noel will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing after they are placed. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has begun.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that shapewear purchased from NŌVA by Noel is final sale, except in cases involving verified damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.
