SHIPPING POLICY

NŌVA by Noel currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $75 or more. Orders below $75 are subject to the shipping rate displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping, when available, may be purchased separately and is not included in the complimentary shipping offer.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are carefully prepared and processed before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

DELIVERY

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of NŌVA by Noel’s control may affect delivery.
